The Little Angel of Our Home: My Dearest Lesadi
Seven months ago, a little fairy entered our lives and changed our world forever. My elder sister gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, and that was the day I officially became a "Punchi Amma" (a little aunt). We named her Lesadi, a name as lovely as she is.
At seven months old, Lesadi is a bundle of joy and mischief. She has the most enchanting smile that can brighten even the darkest day. Since my sister is a working mother, my mother and I visit my aunt’s house every day to look after the little princess. Even though she misses her mom, she spends her day happily playing and giggling with us.
She is truly the heartbeat of our family. Whenever my mother and I go to town, we never return empty-handed; we always find something special for our little girl. My brother, too, is absolutely devoted to her. Being the first baby in the family, she is showered with gifts. He has bought her countless toys and baby care essentials, while we made sure she has the best clothes and a cozy bathtub for her splashes.
The bond I share with Lesadi is beyond words. It is deep, soulful, and pure. When her mother is away at work, I feel a maternal instinct rising within me, as if I am her second mother. Watching her grow, hearing her tiny laughs, and being part of her daily life is a blessing I cherish every single day. I love our little "Chutikki" more than words can express.
