The Silent Hero of My Life

My father, Upul Hemantha Dassanayake, is the greatest strength in my life. He is the person who always guides us on the right path. To me, he is my entire world. Even today, he works incredibly hard and does everything within his power to provide us with a good education.

​He has a very kind and compassionate heart; he is a loving person who is easily moved by emotions. He is also selfless and social, finding joy even in the simplest things in life. Although he can be a little strict at times, he is generally a very gentle and calm father.

​I love my father more than anyone else in this world. As the saying goes, daughters always have a special bond and immense love for their fathers.
